Is Bloom actually designed for PCOS, or is it just another calorie counter?
Bloom is built from the ground up for PCOS. Every feature — from meal plans to AI coaching to macro recommendations — accounts for insulin resistance, inflammation, hormonal balance, and cycle phases. Generic calorie counting apps don't understand PCOS. Bloom does.
What makes Nouri different from ChatGPT?
Nouri is specifically trained on PCOS nutrition science and has context about your personal data — your cycle phase, daily intake, symptoms, and goals. It doesn't give generic advice. It gives you advice based on what you ate today, where you are in your cycle, and what your body needs right now.
Do I need a PCOS diagnosis to use Bloom?
